Energy Management
This is a system that monitors each end-point that is connected to the EnMS and presents, compares, reports and send alerts to the user through the friendly interface or by email, phone. Those end-points can measure electricity, heat, water, gas etc. This tool can help the user understand the energy use of the premises  and easily identify saving opportunities. The EnMS will send customized alerts so that the user can pro act in terms of maintenance.

Waste Management
This tool offers documentation and cataloging of waste management according to EU standards.

Project Management
ProMan will help the user carry energy efficiency projects. Several projects and sub projects with start and due dates can be created, assigning tasks to other users and  access control. Through the creation of Gantt charts, members of the project groups can check online the status and progress of the project.

GHG ENVIRONMENT AND CLIMATE
This tool offers reporting relative to CO2 and according the GHG protocol and EN ISO 14964-1:2012.

INVOICE AND TENANT MODULE
The tool offers integration of invoicing of consumption to the user’s tenants.

ISO 50001
ISO 50001:2011, Energy management systems – Requirements with guidance for use, is a voluntary International Standard developed by ISO.
ISO 50001 gives organizations the requirements for energy management systems (EnMS).
ISO 50001 provides benefits for organizations large and small, in both public and private sectors, in manufacturing and services, in all regions of the world.
ISO 50001 will establish a framework for industrial plants ; commercial, institutional, and governmental facilities ; and entire organizations to manage energy. Targeting broad applicability across national economic sectors, it is estimated that the standard could influence up to 60 % of the world’s energy use.

ISO 50001 is intended to provide organizations with a recognized framework for integrating energy performance into their management practices.  MEDESCO’s Energy Management System, if employed correctly, supports the user  launch an ISO 50001 energy management system.
