City Energy Plan (CEP)

A Holistic Approach for a Smart City

The European Union has set ambitious targets for sustainable development, known as the \"20/20/20\" targets that set the following three objectives for 2020.
• A 20% reduction in EU greenhouse gas emissions from 1990 levels;
• A 20% energy production from renewable sources;
• A 20% improvement in the EU\'s energy efficiency.

Cities are expected to play a key role in the implementation of Europe\'s 2020 targets and its flagship initiatives, due to their growing share of resources\' consumption and GHG emissions. Technologically innovative approaches such as integrated Information and Communication Technologies, are necessary tools to help cities tackle climate change, in a smart and effective way.

THE CHALLENGE
Cities are seeking ways to increase energy efficiency, monitor and handle energy consumption in their energy sources as lighting –one of the most energy consuming installations worldwide. Major problems that need to be addressed are:
• Energy quality
• Safety & Security
• Energy Saving
• Cost
• Environmental: City\'s carbon footprint is tons of carbon dioxide

OUR COMPETITIVE ADVANTAGE: a holistic approach

Our City Energy Plan Concept is a holistic approach that consists of a set of services and innovative technologies and targets Quality Technologies, Energy Management & Energy Savings for the City. Our objective is to leverage new green technologies in order to offer to a City a range of scalable, cost-effective and easy to deploy integrated solutions to increase energy efficiency by making energy systems manageable and reliable, introducing systems’ monitoring and optimizing low voltage electrical distribution.

We use an advanced, innovative methodology, based on specialized software and energy management models with key result effectiveness in terms of time and money.

We define the project plan, the energy savings while setting the rules and specs for future expansion.

This holistic approach is what differentiates us from other approaches in the market.
Our objective is to leverage new green technologies in order to offer to a City a range of scalable, cost-effective and easy to deploy integrated lighting solutions to increase energy efficiency, make lighting systems manageable and reliable, introduce systems\' monitoring, cut emissions, improve energy efficiency and harness renewable power.
